Very clean and respectful. Staff very helpful. Food Excellent! Fun and Safe environment. Great place to be when you are going through tough times mentally and emotionally and need to detox in a non judgmentle place. Dr.'s, Nurse's, Therapist, and Staff very friendly and helpful. Feels like a family
Great place, this was my second time at copper springs and everyone both times were very nice. I didn't have a problem with anyone. I definitely recommend copper springs for drug detox and I have to several people. A month ago was the first step and was the first day of the rest of my life. 30 days clean now. Thank you copper springs for that first hard step it was worth it.
My brother tried to get in last night and they said, hes too bad, we cant accept him. Bring him in the morning. So, he goes in the morning, sorry we cant take him, he isnt bad enough. Come back later if he gets worse. He goes back three hours later and is in the waiting for 4 hours. There are regulars that go there and they get treated amazingly. My brother is almost dying from alcohol detox and they are no help. Im just wondering, do they actually treat patients? Does the patient have to be dead to be admitted? Its like a catch 22 trying to get help there. What a JOKE. I had such high hopes and wish we couldve had a better experience.
So happy I found Copper Springs! It was the right place at the right time for me. Stephen Marshall was extremely helpful in giving me the tools to work with through my recovery. I highly recommend Copper Springs to anyone who is looking for help. Just make the call like I did. You will be thankful also!
Hands down the best psychiatric/ detox Hospital in Arizona. Not only because the facility was extremely hygienic the dining room as well as the food was exceptional. Last but DEFINITELY not lest the faculty and all around staff members where so relatable and knowledgeable that I never once felt judged A+++
