They lost both cuff links to my dress shirt and lied saying they must have fallen off in the washer machine. I have dropped off this shirt with the fabric cuff links it came with at least fifteen times to other dry cleaners and they were never lost. I also have washed the shirt in then washer myself without one ever falling off. Owner would not compensate more than $2.10 for the shirt wash.On a side note they also do not know how to iron dress pants. My suit pants had a double pleat when there was only supposed to be one. They looked like somebody must have been ironing in the dark.If you have clothes you care about do not take them here.
