Officer Rustenburg didn't arrest my abuser after punching me in the face and leaving a huge bruise. Another Officer filed domestic violence charges against him, however the City Prosecutor's Officer dismissed them. I tried to file a police report to get some property back, including a firearm, however, Officer Rustenburg told me I couldn't!!! What kind of police department is this???

Just had a Avondale motorcycle Officer stop for no reason except to introduce himself and say hi Very cool indeed. Jason I believe was his name operating a BMW motorcycle. He took time as well to turn on his emergency lights and wave to some young tiles as he drove off. It made a huge impression on those little guys as well as myself. Being a retired 40 year police officer from the St. Louis area, I was most impressed. The more positive interactions between the general public and law enforcement, the better the trust and respect. Great job Avondale Police
No stars. Avondale cops arrested my 17 year daughter this weekend after she was involved in a traffic accident in our neighborhood. My daughter called 911. They kept her out in the sun for a very long time doing sobriety tests and breathalizer. She doesn't smoke use drugs or drink. She passed all the tests and was very polite. I watched helplessly as the arresting officer put her in handcuffs and falsly accused me of being too close and too aggressive. I was not allowed to ask questions. She was processed for no reason other than to get an arrest. A lady cop who was overcompensating. Shameful behavior. My daughter was scared and shaking. Never ever been in any trouble before. Just got her license and was on her way to Bible study. Now she has an arrest record. Not nice people! I've lost my respect for them. They can arrest you for commiting NO crime. I'm scared of the Avondale police now and so is my daughter. BTW, the other officer on scene admitted to me that the arresting officer might be making a mistake but said her own shift was ending and wouldn't do anything to help stop the false arrest.
I'm a truck driver and called your agency for traffic enforcement at the Pilot on 99th and all I received was a lick and a promise! You figure it out hope you don't have to remove your shoes to accomplish said task you doughnut eating coffee swilling morons. ALL FIRE LANES ARE BLOCKED AT THE PILOT!
