A little pricey but good safe place

We rented a storage unit while buying/selling our home. The staff was amazing and found the perfect storage unit for me. The price was reasonable. We then added a 2nd unit and the billing and process was seamless. The hours were convenient and the facilities are kept clean. I would definitely utilize them again if I was in need of storage.

Manager has an attitude problem so does staff. Was moving into new house so my realtor rented and paid for storage room when I went to get my stuff they had a lock on it , then they said my realtor never paid ( lie ) he did or would not have gotten room. They held my furniture hostage , and even though I told them to put it in my name they didn't. My realtor was out of town for death in family and could not take time out to come back to argue with them. I have a house but can't get my furniture out. Will call 3 on your side and police if need be. I would like to edit my review of this place and staff , I was wrong the problem was with my realtor not the storage facility or staff there. They are really great especially management , I guess I was just in a bad mood and upset that my storage was locked up. I would highly recommend this place. Was having bad day not management's fault , Sherry is so nice take back everything I said before.

A Perfect place to get into for people like me, being handicap! With me being Physically Disabled Because Of The Multiple Sclerosis((Been Disabled Since 11/18/2018)), and, I'm able to roll around safely!!!
